Dalian Xinfei Marine Machinery Co., Ltd. (Previously Called Dalian Lvshun Xinfei Marine Machinery Co., Ltd.) is a professional marine machinery manufacture and supply company. It is located in Sanjianpu town, Lvshun district, about 30km from the Zhoushuizi Airport, and 10km from Lvshun New Port. Our factory covers a land area of 10,000 square meters, of which 85 per cent is occupied by workshop buildings. We have 5 technical engineers and designers who are able to meet project requirements. We believe that the products quality and technology development are the most important for our company.

During the years of company development, we always attach importance to improve our own design ability and structure a modernized management. According to the market needs, we have invested new facilities, equipments and inspection & test instruments. At mean time we also develop our technical ability and techniques to improve our products quality incessantly. Up to now we have built up an experienced technical team, which consists of senior engineer and other highly skilled technicians. Therefore, we are capable to provide customized design, manufacture, installation and debugging service for our customers. Our company enjoys good reputation as a specialist in ship deck machinery and piping fittings production amongst major shipyard, ship owners and classification societies.

We are well-equipped with various types of equipments and inspection instruments, which including numerically controlled lathe, machining centre, digital boring and milling machine, various kinds of grinding, turning planning, hobbing, bending, flange, plate shearing and welding machineries, as well as MT&UT nondestructive testing instrument, etc. totally more than 100 machines.

Our product range mainly covers deck machinery, outfitting and other marine used machineries, which including marine mooring equipments; marine electric, pneumatic and manual crane; accommodation ladder winch, pilot ladder winch, and various types of winch, reel; electric and pneumatic winch and air motor; chain stopper; different types of marine piping fasteners; ship outfit fittings; electric control system; etc. All our products are compliant with international standards, relevant China regulations, and CCS / DNV/ LRS /BV/RINA standards. Our company enjoys longstanding partnerships with our customers.

We have actively cooperated with academe and research society for products development and new products design. In 2006, we have successfully design and manufactured our own air motor serious, and they have been supplied to shipyards and mining company. We also passed ISO9001:2000 certification in 2004. To improve our management system, we received GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008 certificate through China Xinshidai Certification Body at beginning of 2007. In additionally, we have obtained the BV and GL workshop approval certificate on Jan. 26, 2011 and Mar. 25, 2011 respectively. In the future we will base on an internationalt standard to improve our products reliability and company quality assurance system.
